These terms apply to orders and requests made through the Monir Auto Engineering website.

Orders

An order placed on the website is a request to purchase. Every order is confirmed by our team by phone before it is prepared or dispatched.
Parts marked “price on request” are quoted when we call. Nothing is dispatched until you agree to the final price.
Delivery charges and timings depend on your district and are confirmed when we call.

Cash on delivery is available for confirmed orders.
Where bKash or Nagad advance payment is offered, the order is processed once the transaction is verified.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by calling +8801335151523. Advance payments for cancelled orders are refunded to the same account.

The Torrit EV carries a 1-year comprehensive warranty. Warranty on individual parts depends on the part and is confirmed with your order.

Submitting an application does not create a dealership. Dealer terms are agreed separately in writing.
